Any simple Bluetooth camera shutter remote will work, but some are unreliable. We recommend that you stick to the recommended remotes below.
The remotes are sold under a variety of brand names by different sellers, but if they look the same as the picture in our listing, they are most likely the same underlying product.
Most sellers will allow you to return a remote if it doesn't work.

Type E Mixed
I got one of these from Amazon UAE in February 2025 and it skips presses. The one I bought from Amazon US in November 2025 works quite well though.
Type D Mixed
I have two of these, but I'm not sure where they came from. I think they were bundled with a ring light I bought. The one works well, but the other sometimes sends multiple presses when you only press it once.
Type J Avoid
The coolest looking remote I've seen so far, but it skips presses. Such a pity.
I got it from Amazon UAE in Jan 2026.
Type G Avoid
I bought this from Amazon US in November 2025. They come in a pack of 2. Both skip presses.
Type B Avoid
I bought 2 of these from Amazon UAE in October & November 2025. Both skip presses.
Type I Avoid
I bought this ring-style remote from Amazon UAE in October 2025. It doesn't register more than one press, so it's unusable.
Type C Avoid
I bought this from Noon UAE in October 2025. It looks great, but it skips presses.
Scrolling rings
Avoid
I bought one of these from Amazon UAE in October 2025. It's not compatible.
Multi-button remotes
Avoid
I haven't actually tried one of these, but I suspect they are similar to the scrolling rings and won't be compatible. If you find one that works, please let me know.
