ScoreBot for Clubs

A simple equipment sales model for your club

The Player-Owned Model

Rather than renting equipment to players or installing it permanently on courts, we recommend a simpler approach:

Sell the accessories to players.
Players bring everything they need with them and set it up themselves every time they play.

This approach eliminates the challenges of weather exposure, theft, fixed power supply for devices, and the labour needed for charging, setup and player training.

These items are in high demand, and players value buying locally—they can start using ScoreBot the same day rather than waiting up to a week for online delivery from Flic. There's room for a healthy margin.
Skullcandy Kilo Bluetooth Speaker

Bluetooth speakers?

ScoreBot uses any Bluetooth speaker to announce scores. Many players already own one, so we don't recommend including speakers in your bundle. However, you can stock them separately for players who want to buy locally.

Packaging Recommendation

The button, clip, and phone mount all fit neatly into a small cardboard shipping box roughly the size of a phone (6x4x2 inches).

Offer a Welcome Kit

New players joining the club often find padel scoring confusing—tie breaks, golden points, serve rotation, and when to switch sides can be a lot to take in while you're still learning to play.

Offer the bundle as an optional welcome kit for new members. ScoreBot handles all the scoring automatically, so beginners can focus on the game instead of worrying about the rules.

Pay Coaches a Commission

ScoreBot kits sell well on their own—but they sell even better when someone actively promotes them. Consider paying a commission to coaches or admin staff for every kit they sell.

Coaches interact with players daily and can naturally recommend ScoreBot during lessons or social play
A quick demo on court or showing a short video is far more convincing than a poster on the wall
A per-kit commission gives staff a reason to bring it up—turning passive stock into active sales
Even a modest commission turns every coaching session into a potential sale. Players trust their coach's recommendation more than any other channel.
